sunlore

A collection of melodic rhythms and pulses gesturing toward the phantasmagorical. These recordings were made over a period of time at our former studio in New Hope, PA. Culled from hours of improvisations, these 19 tracks have participation by some or all members of Sunlore: Bill Errig, Ron Lent, David Marino, and Ahmed Salvador (with Andrew Benkert playing keyboards on the first track sampled, 'Electromagnetic on yellow'). Each front album cover is hand made in an edition of approximately 200 by Ahmed Salvador, with a technique involving fire and spray paint.
